not getting my student loans on time..

this sucks.. still have to wait about 2-3 weeks for it, which means i have to work more to get $ asap for books and supplies. such an expensive semester.. full tuition this semester. =(. im definately living up the starving artist stereotype right now.

*crosses fingers* i hope i get a grant.

stress + poorness + starving tummy does not work out.

i just wanna hide under my blankets til all this crap goes away.

i hate the system.... and because i havent gotten my loan yet i havent been able to pay yet so i got de regestered from every one of my classes and i hate it!!!

thank god the financial ladies at my school are totally understanding.. i got it extended til the 5th. $1910 this semester. i shoulda saved one of my scholarships for this semester. regrets.

when i was going to school last year, my student loan cheque was a month late...it came a couple of days before my school shut down and i didnt need the money.

ya my problem isnt with the loan people.....
its with my stupid dad who has to fill out the parent application....which i have been hounding him to do for the past month....i dont think he quite understands i need that money to pay for skool...cause im not gonna pull it out of my ass!!! unless he is willing to pay a grand+ for my schoool....but that would never happen....
so i wont be gettin mine for a couple weeks either..thank god for visa!

hey at least you qualify for a loan, i cant nor can i get a line of credit. its fucking crap. so i gotta coe up with the tuition plus the $100 + every month fro supplies and bus pass. and being a full time student at school very day from about 7 am to about 7 pm (early day) means its extremely hard to find a job.

id kill for a loan.

and to those who can't get loans.. there must be a reason why u did not get qualified for a loan.. savings account? i duno.. its the stuff you submit that they look at. im still very confident that you can lie on some info in there.

without my loan i duno how i could afford all my school supplies etc. ive been buying all the books with my own money right now and even touched money i wasn't suppose to touch (diff account). i can't wait to go out for a deace lunch when i get paid on thursday.. ive been bringing greasy chinese food leftovers for lunch.. thats uber gross.

Rawr @ Student Loans...

Took me forever to get mine, long story short, i dont even use it now that i have it since i make jsut enough money at work to pay for school (full-time) and have enough leftovers to have some fun.

So i wnt though all that trouble for nothing, well, i guess its there just in case now.

Still, im thinking about cutting back on hours at work, being a full-time student and working 22 hrs a week is VERY TIME CONSUMING, and i take public transit, that i dont even wanna start with.... RAWR at Public Transit too....

because i live at home and have two parents they consider it double income and that my parents can help me out.. however my dad has been off work with sick pay for a year, and my mom jsut recently went off and even a week without pay is alot of money... the government doesnt recognize the problem here. trust me i have looked into it. thye wont give me anything cause thye look at the salary my dad was making, but he only made half of that last year, if that.
fro me to get a student loan i would have to move out, meaning id need an even bigger loan. so im borrowing money from my parents that they dont really have to give me.
i would work right now, however i am at school from about 7-7 or later.... excpecailly this semester. its harsh. and supplies fucking suck. people keep complainging to me about the book shtye have to buy and they are forking out a couple hundred bucks... yah im forkin that shit out every month in supplies. sttttttuuuuuppiiiiiiiiiidddddddddddddd.. ...

mugsy..yes they do look at your parents incomes etc, but the main part they look for is how much they are contributing to you. both my parents work and have an income etc, but they dont provide me money for education, so that stresses that im a poor poor child and need money for schooling. i know they look at the savings you have right now and that affects the amount they give you. hmm i wonder what else they look at to approve. interesting
