They said that if he gave customers exceptional service that the customers would expect it from every rep. and would make all the others look bad.

Haha..It wasn't exactly explained that way but close.

We have an average talk time that we try to do throughout the day. My average talk time was lower but quite a bit then the average. The theory they have is if you are quicker with the calls they aren't quality calls and you would be rushing the issue and just trying get rid of them. Since they listened to my calls and found out that wasn't case they said its because of staffing concerns. If everyone started taking more calls it would seem like we are over staffed and should let some people go. Then they feed me some corporate bullshit about they told me ahead of time what they were expecting. That is true, but I didn't honestly expect to be penalized so exceeding their expectations.

My score was fine anyway and I wasn't docked very much and they weren't budging on it so I left it alone.
