ICBC Fuckers

I got into a really bad car accident back in June. Since then, I've had some physio and massage therapy. My back is still fucked up, and I'm having SO many problems with ICBC. I'm out about $200 cause the massage therapist told me to pay upfront, and said that ICBC would pay me back if I brought them my receipts. I did that, and ICBC won't give me any money!! Good thing I didn't go see them after the 10 more sessions I was supposed to have. They piss me off...totally try to scam you, and they know that they can cause they have a team of top knotch lawyers.

they screwed my parents over to when they got into an accident. they were stopped at a stop light, the light still red, then all of a sudden this big truck behind them just starts going.. SMASH! it totalled the back end of car. a few weeks to repair it blah blah... but they went to icbc.. and they're like if you want to get it fixed u have to pay such and suc upfront right..but you'llg et it back.. so they did cuz we need the car, but then they never got any of it back.. stupid fuckers..

meh, they just gave my sis $2,500 tho.. for her accident.. she damn well deserved it tho..considering how the health care system fucked her over with the whole accident.. BLAH i'm still very bitter bout that..

Just tell them that you are sending a lawyer down to speak to them about your claim and they will get off their lazy asses and do something.

It's fucking amazing what they do if you have a lawyer backing you up.

I got into an accident, they offered me $2000. I told them I'm getting a lawyer to look into it, they offered me $5500 if I settled before I spoke to my lawyer.

ICBC is one company I'd love to screw over.

I used to have to deal with icbc everyday for the last 4 years until i changed jobs....i did learn how to deal with them exceptionally well....its all about give and dont take....they offer your something...dont take it....they offer you some mo....dont take that either....the best advice is stated above already, get a lawyer, tell the adjuster to stick his claim up his ass, and call klein lyons....free consultation.....wait...should i put this in the promo section??

my icbc problem is of a different nature. some ministry of transport, in a branch of icbc, just mailed me a letter. it said that due to my "unsatisfactory driving record" he had intent to suspend my licence for 2 months.
he mails me all this shit showing the points system and all that, which CLEARLY states that experienced drivers don't have any penalties unless they have at least 15 points on their record. he also sent me a copy of my driving record (with a 6 point deduction and thats all) as well as my description as an experienced driver instead of a new driver.

put two and two and two together and this guy seems to think you have 15, but really you only have 6.
i don't get it. i really don't. can someone explain this to me? and really, why would he even bother? i don't even live in bc anymore, so who cares.

Mark Medghesi(or something like that) has sent you the standard probation letter...however if you dont live in BC, there's really nothing they can do about it....unless you get pulled over...and there is stuff you can do then too.

Yep, just 200...but that's only because I stopped getting treatment for my back since I was getting scammed and couldn't get my money back. I'm one broke mofoette with one fucked up back. :(
