Graveyard shifts sucks ass! I used to work in a factory and do the night shifts now and then... so lame! Only good part is the lack of managers there so you can screw around

the world doesn't end and shut it's doors at 6pm. night shifts would be worse. for you and those you live with [like family]. my dad does nights, and it gets difficult between his nights and my moms shift work.

working till 6:30pm is not a late shift. honestly what do you miss out on? Stuck working graveyards or swing shifts are way harder to have a life with. try working 3pm to 12am and going out during the week. But there are some incentives like not having to wake up to an alarm clock in the past two years.

no way man i love graveyard shift. I'm not a big fan of afternoons. I like to be awake in early morning sleep through afternoon and then work at night.

i know there's at least one other person on this board who shares this view.

maybe i'm just to much of a night sprite to function propely in the afternoons.

As pointed out by others, 9:30AM is hardly a late start overall...for non-graveyard shifts try 4-12:30PM, just starting work when most of your friends are just done their obligations for the day, and beig done once most of them have gone to bed for the night...

Are you referring to me? Cuz I'm totally a morning and night person and hate afternoons...
