dood i used to hate them too cuz we used to eat them in the states everytime we were down there but after a while i started liking them...maybe the jelly ones are not your fav but there are a bunch of other ones that might appeal to your taste buds....personally i think the jelly ones are pimp :PartEkid:

the only good donut there is the fresh glazed one they give you while waiting in line... the ones you buy suck ass.. they're all hard and taste like shit... they tasted like they were made like a day ago.... but the fresh ones rule!

I wasn't all that excited about them, but I got a box of 12 glazed ones for my birthday. My roommate and I had one each the other day... the next day I got home from work and thought "It was pretty good, I'll scarf another one of those". *scarf* Then I thought "hey might as well make it two.."

*Fast forward*

Roommate: "Did you eat ALL the donuts???"
Me: "ummm..."
Him: "Was that dinner?!?"
Me: "no, I had dinner. it was uh.. more like dessert.."

Good thing the only location is way far away in Delta. Yikes.

I dunno, I just tried them for the first time this past weekend (got some on the way back from Seattle, tho, so no waiting in line) and I liked them...granted, they were like the hardcore hot beef injection of sugar, but hell, sugar is a prime componant of one of the four major food groups (chocolate, caffene, nicotine & ***).

Crispy creams though good, are not worth putting canadian companies on the back burner imo....I'd rather support our canadian franchises such as Timm'ys. rather than contribute to the americanization of Canada.

Just so you know, Timmy Ho's isnt really Canadian. Wendy's International (HQed in the US) holds a 50% share with The TDL Group (HQed in Canada) who in turn owns Tim Hortons.

So, Tim Hortons is 50% canadian owned, 50% US owned.
