Best times to apply for work are in the spring, just cause college lets out in the spring...also in October b/c of places hiring for Christmas mayhem.

You'll have better luck finding a restaturant job in the spring :202: If thats what your looking for. I have a friend that works at the Cactus Club on Robson, she got hired with 3 of her friends in the same month, late march last year...Retardedly huge tips.

haha i think the easiest place to get a job is superstore, i got hired on the spot when i went for an interview and theres so many young people working there... its kinda fun sumtimes and its union so they cant really fire u.

PNE is horrible. i worked there for two years, i know. in fact they still owe me about $500 for shifts i worked that i never got paid for when they screwed up my last 5 paychecks. hah.

i still need a job. like rhianna, i wish someone would just hand me a good one. haha i know it won't happen though. i've been lazy about looking lately though. i hate handing in resumes to places, i never quite know what to say and i get really shy..

Strange. I was able to find two jobs in less than a month. One turned out so well that I was finally able to quit the other.

Hint: Look for the work that no one is willing to work because of silly things like pride. Plenty of hours and major coin to be had in those type of fields. Remember, there should be no reason to feel ashamed to be making money.

i know it's hard either way Krista, but say if someone like you and me were up for the same job.. You'd most likely get it.

I kind of clued in and now I'm registered for food safe and am looking for superhost, serving, and hostess certifications.
