I'm trying to redo mine right now. I hate doing them like death. It doesn't help that I'm using my brother’s perfect resume for an example. I just want some one to come over and finish it for me.

resumes are shit...basically all you need on your resume is your edcudation and experience...you sell them on your education and experience ...then you sell them on your personality in the interview.

but i think the whole personality selling thing will b a MAJOR problem for you.

Wondering what kinda job u r applying for? I have a kickass resume. They are actually quite simple to draft. My trick is to worry, mostly, about eliminating all the neg. details that cause potential emplyers to toss it out on sight. I've been in mngmnt for 8-9 months now. I did my first hiring last week. There are some definate things that will get your resume garbaged instantly. #1. Too long. Keep it 1pg, like Rawb said, too.

I have one of those "perfect" resumes.... spent like 3 days working on it back when I was doing the whole job hunt thing with a resume specialtist...

So now all my friends use mine as a template...

Yuck, I hate writing resume's. I'm in the process of making mine...No matter what I do to it, I swear it looks retarded. It probably doesn't, but it does when I look at it. :soak:
