so apparently i dont understand art, THEN WHY DID I GET ACCEPTED? why did you want me in your school if i dont understand art?
basically there was an argument tody between a teacher and myself, and it ended with me apparently not understanding art\in need of some sort of personal epiphany and to explore that in my work... fuck that. i dont do my work for that reason, yes i do my work for myself but not to express my feelings. i paint cause it looks good, or its an idea stuck in my head, not because my cat died or something and i need to express that shit.

my 20 reductive prints went missing, and i still had to do two more layers, luckily the prints showed up, but the plate is still missing in action. but thats ok.

problem with art is it's so subjective.

I always wonder about teachers "who are you to say I'm wrong? It's all interpretive .... ah well"

i know... thats what i was saying.
she congratulates me for having a style of my own, for not following the class, for standing beside my work, and then she brings me down in front of the class?
maybe its just a learning experience, and i know with my style this is going to happen more and more. at least im not sad, im just pissed.
