ack..i still have my cold from september but at least my throat is better now...

get more rest..dress warmly..more fluids..and yeah..the meds...(beware of the drowsy and non drowsy)..heh..oh..and beware of sneezing coughing people by u..*ah choo*~

Easiest way to get get better, when you have a cold, is drink tons of OJ and water. This flushes your system, and always works for me, to get ride or cold and stuff. Hope yah feel better

Hmmm... stay in bed... wear warm clothing... drink lots of fluids (water, OJ, Apple Juice, etc)... take vitamins (Vitamin C, Echinacea)... take some cold remedies (Nyquil, Neo Citron, etc)... keep a box of tissues handy... and take a nice hot bath
