Problems with digital dashes in cars...
This was this evening's magical adventure for me. I've had a burnt out light in my dash for a while, but doesnt matter because my car is uninsured. I'm insuring it next week, so I decide to fix all the little problems today. I rip apart my dash board and to make things fun, its digital, not analogue. For those of you who dont know what that means.. Tons and tons of circuitry and fun stuff like that. It takes me and my friend over an hour to get all the bloody panels off so that we can finally remove the light bulbs. Well my friend goes home after we get back from Canadian tire to by new bulbs. I put the bulbs in. Then fuck if i know what i did, but after I put some of the panels back on, the only lights i get are my left n right blinkers and my service engine soon and seat belt light. Everything else... Dead If somehow I have fucked the circuits or sumthing up its not exactly easy to find replacement parts for this. And its not like I can still see in the daylight. The whole damn thing is digital and dead.... Well I guess now I have a reason for speeding... "No officer, I wasn't aware that I was going that fast. My speedo is dead and I can't find a replacement part."
