I am going to have to race my ass to the bank after work, show them my paystub, withdraw enough money to pay my bills, then have to try and run around and get everything paid before the business'ess close... and on the nanaimo bus system, that could be really tricky.
Maybe I can bribe someone with a car to take me to the bank at the very least. That would be nice.

Royal Bank is having system errors. Any direct deposits are not showing in accounts and I believe this is everywhere (I saw it on the news). There is nothing we can do as they have the money so employees need to contact their bank to get more information from an e-mail we got at work.

From the information I have through work, Royal Bank has experienced a virus that is messing up their transactions - Nothing has been posted since June 2nd - Have to contact your branch for more info.
This is affecting everyone across Canada.

all banks suffer from these moments - don't feel too safe at your credit union either - technology and human error combined make all sorts of massive screw ups
and if it's not the banks, then it's Interac or Visa sadly, no one financial company is any more superior to another no matter what the commercials tell you :)

yeah banks fuck up in good ways too. i was at a bank once (i think i was like 9 or something) anyway this couple at this bank machine were staring at the screen jaw dropped, the # on the screen showed a balance of like 856 thousand, haha
im pretty sure the bank figgured it out pretty quick. that would be crazy cool if they didnt thou.

Well, thankfully the people at the Royal Bank were very nice, and released me the cash I needed last night when I took in my paystub... took me a while to get out to the bank and back, but at least I grabbed enough money to get me through the weekend nicely..
40 bag of pot, cash for party tonight, and food for the weeked. And I got to pay my bills. And to my suprise, no line-up at the bank last night.
