Application Forms/resumes
They are both fucking lame. Its like if I already have to hand in a godamn application which takes me an hour cuz I have to write down so many fuckinng things then why the hell do I have to hand in my resume as well which is basically everything I just wrote in the application but in a condensed form! SO ANNOYING!!!! I hate redoing my resume but I hate filling out pointless applications even more!

i know what u mean. many times ill go apply somewhere where they ask me to fill out a form. In the form it will usually ask for 3 of my previous employers and all that info. all my past school info and obviously name and that other bs. All this is pretty much the resume and i find it annoying but still. it has to be done

A lot of employers like to use the Application form as a further way to screen candidates for their jobs. If you fuck up filling out a simple form that's a bit of a sign. Some also look at your writing as well.
