not being able to breathe

grrr....my allergies are the worst they've ever been...its been about a month since i've been able to breathe through my nose for the entire day.

i cant sleep...i cant even taste food...hahaha

help

anyone know of a really really good decongestent?

Sitting in the bathroom with the shower and sink running HOT HOT HOT. Make sure the windows are closed and there is a blanket under the door.. I swear this works!! =)

them nasal sprays work good.. so does the 'ol blow your nose trick. i find taking a claritin helps me, but im weird that way.

claritin doesnt work for me anymore.

and the bathroom trick...does that work only for like five minutes? or like the whole day?

try the western family stuff.. i picked up 2 boxs for 5 bucks.. it works like a CHArM!
