i went and bought a bathing suit when i was down at miskas beach thing yesterday and i only tried on the top because usually i hav no problem with the bottoms fitting.. well then later on in the day i decide to take my bathing suit outa the bag to show my friend.. uhh wholey jeez! the bottoms are soo tiny like thos ones that brazilian ppl where that shows half there ass! I dont know whether i should start doin squats or head back and exchange it!

secure your legs in a upright, but angled positon (away from windows unless you want people droolin over your ass) and bend over and touch your toes, hold it and go back up. trust me, i work for a gym, this will eliminate assfat. we got a machin for this tho.
