certain dogs
omfg i feel like hunting down this dog thast somewhere in my neighbourhood and giving it a tranquilizer
it hasnt shut up...its been barking for the past hour...pretty much every three seconds it barks one-three times just when you think its stopped....bam three seconds and bark bark 1 2 3 bark bark 1 2 3 bark bark bark FUCK!! how can people not have any control over their dogs? mine's been quiet ALL DAY i think this is the same stupid dog that wakes me up every single day grrr

^agreed.
I dont know how many times I've made plans to kidnap poor neglected doggies. The SPCA etc. aren't always the biggest help either.

^^ ya thats the other reason why it bugs me
just like the neighbours two doors down who have like 6 dogs in their backyard...and all one of them does is whine...all nite and all day long... its probably the one that i saw standing in the middle of my street yesterday :(

i know! it's so bad. we only do what we can since we can't take him in. my mom always changes the water for him so it's fresh and clean.
it's so pointless. these same people had a dog at one point.. cutest puppy. and it sat there whining all day to come in and they would just leave it outside. it's gone now though..

my neighbour has a dog kennel (they raise Afghans and greyhounds) that runs along our drive-way and the side of our house.. every time we walk out of the house they all bark at us, whenever we come home they bark at us.. anytime we move and they see us they bark at us, running up and down their kennel... jumping up against the fence..
it's awesome there is also a pitbull that comes to our house all the time (my dog goes nuts cause he comes right up onto our backporch) and the owners have come and got him here and said it wouldn't happen again... they must not take very good care of him at all cause hes out wandering around all the time and they live like 4 blocks away from us supposudly too (thats far in MR), and the other day a lady hit him with her car and came down our drive-way cause she thought he was ours cause he was in front of our house... she said he went right up onto the hood of her car... poor dog...he's probably so scared and lonely

if it is being left at home alone then it's okay to be mad people need to learn responsibility but it might be just someone playing iwth the dog or barking at something, i know personally i don't care how loud or long a dog is barking during the day but at night or early morning it's fuking annoying
especially those little yappy ones with the annoying high pitched bark

i think the owners can actually be fined if ther dogs causing a disturbance to the neighbors
