i want an afternoon off

really really really badly.
or a day off, that'd be nice too.
but i'd settle for an afternoon, to be able to go out to a lake and enjoy the sun, rather then standing on a pool deck or inside somewhere sweating and loathing all the heat.
i want to be in love with summer again.
