well you'll always be able to tell if the car next to you was the culpurate. just check the colour of paint that was left on the side of your car. if the colour does not match your neighbours, than leave the car alone.

but if it matches, then it's fair game... key that mo fo's car!

learn how to park you idiot. there is ALWAYS a better way. ie: pull it close against a pole, so you have hella extra room on your exposed side.
