Bad Habits

damn...i just started cracking my knuckles again, and i thought i had finished with that a couple years ago. i also bite my nails.

damn...why are these the habits the ones that seem like they're the hardest to kick?

because you usually do it to releive stress or boredom.

thats where a lot of habits are formed from.

so i need to keep myself busy, but relaxed.

i dono how creepy this is but i teend to constantly pull out the hair o my arms/legs and head if they 'annoy me', maybee i should see a shrink??

i think you only need to see a shrink if you're pulling out other peoples arm and leg hair (especially if you're like keeping it in a little jar somewhere!)

I crack my neck, my jaw, my knees, my knuckles, my toes, my back and my ankles... I can't walk somewhere without my joints cracking, especially my ankles. I also constantly bite my nails.

Biting nails seems to be a common one. My mom got so sick of it she used to put tabasco sauce on my finger tips. This was when i was about 4 and up. I guess it didn't work to well. I still bite my nails sometimes and I have a strange fondness to hot sauces and spicy food.

i love catching people in the act of picking their nose.

once i was in a car with my mom and i look over to the car next to me (since we're stopped at a light) and this guy is just givin' it hard. he has his finger so far up it's like up to the second knuckle...anyway he sees me watching him and i waved and then he like 'pulled out' and pretending he was just wiping the tip of his nose.
