not that i have anything against the boots themselves, but its just stupid how one can determine that they are all of a sudden in "style" and charge ridiculous amounts for them. I remember when I was a kid we would get them from K-Mart for $5. Last weekend I saw Burberry ones that were like $200? Hello they are rubber rain boots. |

well actually, last fall in the UK gummies were definetly "in"..the style there is very MOD and girls(actuallu people in general) have way better fashion sense because its more european than american...and suprisingly a lot of girls wore them and pulled them off...I can't really see that happening here though, because canadian girls just aren't that far ahead with fashion, its also the same with ugg boots...here I see girls wearing them with booty shorts and skirts but they just can't pull it off,in the uK girls would match them up with some funky tights, lots of accesories here and there and it just looks way better. I'm sure a few canadian chicks can pull the gummys off,but very few...

hahaha courtney you would have been scared there if you went a year before you did.
When I was over in the UK mesh was in fashion. Then a year later it was here. England always seems to start the trend that you see here later. And yes they did look better there then what I saw here. ( I still didn't like the mesh in england though) |

The girls in the UK have a wack sense of fashion, IMO it's a lot less mature looking than what you'll find in the rest of Europe and the higher priced fashion here in Canada and the States. In Italy, Spain, France, etc., fashion is about looking sharp, mature and sophisticated. In the UK, it's more about looking funky and different. |
