oh my god. when i had called telus to sign up for my internet, i waited on hold for 55 minutes, then i got a message saying "sorry, our offices are now closed. please call back later". i was so fucking pissed off

ive had problems with companies to but its even worse when its a personal call, to a friend or whatever, honestly can they not switch back and at least say theyll call back?? cmon, them bastards!

Fido was the msot pathetic when i was with them 5 years ago. Not how they are now but i thought the customer having to call customer centre to activate their phone was the stupidest thing ever.
