no man it can work...tonight was my last cigarette ever....i told a friend that i woudl give $100 every time i smoked a cigarette after tonight.....i had 5 quick ones to finiush it off...liek a grand finale...ahahhaha W00T!!!

i've been strongly addicted to cigarettes for a LONG TIME... i need 1 or 2 after every event, meal or drink of my entire life and it was really hurting my lungss.s sos u just REALLY make an effortyt and tell those fuckers that ur not gona smoke em anymore... thats what i did, and i havfen't nhad one in a week.. its going food and i dont think i'll have anymore ever.. u just gotta GUT IT
the patch of inhaler works pretty good.
