Bell Mobility Lost My Payment!

So I pay Bell Mobility the balance on my account and close it, done deal right? Wrong, they just go ahead and decide to bill me for another month. After trying to dispute it and then kicking myself for signing a bad contract I pay up and again think the account is done. Wrong again. They keep sending me notices saying I owe them more money and at first I figure they just hadn't processed my payemnt yet. Then I realize about a month and 5 bills later that they really think I owe them money.

Anyway to make a long storey short they installed new billing software and lost my payment. FUCK YOU BELL!

i just signed a 3 year term w/ bell, after the new sytem was implemented though.
hopefully i dont get fucked over.

I signed a two year contract in July and didn't get a bill until late October!

Man, I don't even think the government works that poorly. haha

but, I get a really sweet deal on a corporate plan with bell, so I can't complain.

yaaaa for corporate plans!!

thats the main reason im with them..plus they are 100% canadian owned and operated, which is nice.

I'm no on contract, but I also got a good deal with a corporate plan.

Anyways, they're new billing thing was just messed. I called them and got told to just pay something, but i refused. I told them I'm not paying anything until I see my actual bill (I get paranoid about it being correct after I was with rogers for two years..). Eventually I started getting my bills again, and then they all caught up. But this last one that I got (today actually) doesn't match the online stuff and I'm confused. Arrrrrg.

but besides this little thing, bell has actually been pretty good. (not to mention that if there is a problem, you can actually get good customer service people. hah)

hahaha Bell Mobility, they totally suck. I keep getting billed for shit I haven't used and all those hidden charges. My bill is like $650 but the funny thing is last month it was $160 and I paid it off, then my cell broke fora while, so I didn't use it for a month till I bought a brand new phone, now they want me to pay them $650, I yelled at the guy for 20 minutes, then yelled at his manager for 10 minutes and now I only owe them $180 cause they didn't mail me my bills for August and September. Bell Mobility has to get its shit straight and stop trying to screw people over.

You should have record yourself of your payment - whether its cash, cheque, CC, telebanking. All you really need to do is fax them a copy of your transaction receipt and they should be able to find the payment and credit the amount to your account. If they can't do this, they seriously have issues.

i've had probs wit bell from day one. but i can't complain. $20 200 min unltd even/weekends free voicemail/ call id / incoming txts. they deserve the tip ;D
i ahven't paid in ( i swear ) half a year and i get a payment for about $112-$120... that's worth it... $30 a month looks like i saved 2 months worth? hahaha and they mailed me a cheque!

That's why you keep your Invoices. If you go pay them at the Bank you get a Tellers stamp on it as proof or if you pay online, write down your Confirmation Number. That way you can stuff all the proof in their face when they "lose a payment".
