when someone hits someone and doesnt apologize

so i was stopped at a red light tonite coming home from work...and the guy behind me stopped when my car made him..

thats right he hit me

thankfully no visible damage to my poor gretta...although she hasnt been fully checked out...

and as for me...well im EXTREMELY sore right now...i got hit pretty hard (yay for rubber bumpers)...

and when he hit me we pulled over and i got out...and i was shaking like a fucking leaf...and mentioned something to him when he looked over...

and not once during this whole incident did he apologize...he just took out his digital camera took some pics...wrote down his info and got back in his stupid suv and drove away

yeh goto the dr and see if there is any strain or anything. Im sure there was a lot of important things that that interferred with, not to mention the emotional strain ;) $$$

Exactly, if he did say sorry it's the same as admitting it was his fault. Even though it was it's better not to admit it for law and insurance purposes.....deny deny deny.

No offence, but I wouldn't have apologized, either.

Reason being, ICBC sees an apology as an admission of guilt - if he has some bullshit reason for hitting you that's "not his fault", but he apologizes, ICBC will say that he's being a hypocrite and he won't have a chance - not like he probably did in the first place anyhow!

Hope you feel better - if there's no damage to the car then you shouldn't be too sore after a couple of days, as long as you were wearing your seatbelt.

regardless of what the "law" is....

some consideration and responsibility for your actions is a resonable thing to ask for

if i ever rear ended someone i would appologize until i was blue in the face

if i get fucked over for appologizing then whatever, next time i will be more catious while driving

people make me sick
