Huge Issue

Ok, I buy a brand new cell phone last month and I even got the extended warrenty, all cost me $400. Anyways, I go and hang out with my friend last Thursday and his buddy invites us over to chill, so we go. His buddy just got a new place it ppimpin', so we got a bottle of Bacardi 151 and some pizza. I'm chilling and drinking and getting a nice buzz, doing my thing playing Need For Speed Underground for PS2, that game is wicked. As, I'm sitting there paying attention to the game and getting my drink on, the guy is like can I use your cell and I'm like okay.

He's a crackhead, so he called to get some coke, whatever his life, but I don't like crackheads, but whatever. He gets his shit and I'm chilling drinkin' and playing PS@ and he still has my cell. I guess I passed out from drinking, apperantly I drank 3/4 of the bottle to myself and I passed out while playing the game my friend says. I wake-up at 7am and I feel like bouncing home and I don't have my cell, I ask him where's my cell and he's like somewhere in the house I'll call you later when I find it so I bounced cause I was to hung over to look for the cell.

He doesn't call the next day and my phone is one so I'm thinking he's using it, but whatever its free on the weekend. I don't hear from him or anything till I run into him at a friend's party yesterday and I'm all drunk and see this fool, so I'm like where's my cell and he's like I looked for it in my house and I couldn't find it. I'm like that's bs and tell my friend to step away cause I knew he's lieing and just felt like taking his money and getting a new cell. He's like I got no money so I'm like lets go to your place, we go there's no cell, I'm thinking he sold it for crack or something, I call my cell its off, so I dissconnected it. I couldn't trash his place or kick his ass cause I'd end up with no cell and probably in jail cause this fool would have no chance with me, so I was like fuck it I won't kick his ass cause that won't solve anything. So I go back to the party and get drunk and end up going home.

Now I got no cell, I'm thinking I'll wait till he gets paid and jack his wallet, get $400 and buy a new cell. I'm actually really pissed off, and everyone even my friend beleives he stole my cell. I'm not sure what to do in a situation like this? Do I jack him? Kick his ass? Trash his new place? Pawn of his tv/PS@/XBOX/Stereo? If anyone has some good ideas let me know cause I don't know what to do, never expected to get my shit stolen at a friend's place, if that's not some fucked up shit then I don't know what is.

Thanks for the advice, I'm just really chocked that this happened especially at someone's house that I could trust. My friend has been friend's with that guy and he thinks he took my cell cause he is having a huge problem lately with being addicted to crack, so both me and him think he might of sold the cell to get some. Everyone I told this thinks he did it and that he seems really sketchy lately. Most people think I should cancel my cell plan (which I did) and that I should wait till he gets paid and take the money and buy a new cell and if he does anything just treat him like he treated me and be like I don't know anything about the money, basically do the same thing he did to me and not be his friend or go to his place anymore. I'm just really pissed of and I really want my cell back, I always have a cell with me and now cause of this guy I been without a cell the whole weekend and it sucks.

Even the chick at the Bell Mobility store told me that I should take his money, so everyone seems to think that be the best thing to do and till then just wait till he gets paid and maybe even buy him a fix, take the money and bounce, but that be mean, I might have to do that though. This just gave me another reason to hate crackheads and I'll never trust him with anything ever again.

I'm not a push over, I'm way bigger than him, so if I kick his ass he'll call the cops, cause he's a little bitch like that. So, I'll just go to jail without a cell. I wanna wait till his pay day and jack his money and take a extra $100 for the time he wasted, actually fuck it I'll take all his shit, fuck him nobody jacks me and if he does anything then I'll kick his ass. I hate people like that, minute by minute I'm getting more pissed of, I just feel like taking a sledge hammer and just destroying his place.


I'll jack his PS2 and XBOX and all his games and DVD's, I just want enough money to buy my cell back, fuck he probably stole it and I lost all my numbers I had on it, damn how am I gonna get that back. This is stress I don't need on a borning Sunday, one of the worst day/weekends ever. I need something or someone to make this day better.

Ya man cokeheads suck, whenever I see them I realize what I should never try coke. I never tried it and I never will, it makes people do some stupid shit, like stealing from a friend, who does that, he lost all the trust I had in him, well I actually never did trust him he's a stupid coke head. What pisses me of even more is that my friend borrowed this fool $60 and I doubt he'll ever get it back now, and yesterday he asked my friend if he can borrow $30 more and I got so pissed of and just said stop with the crack you fucken crack head and everyone heard that and looked at him all weird, the guy at the party was like make sure he doesn't go into any of the rooms and jack shit or he's going the get the shit kicked out of him. So, everyone doesn't trust this guy and all agree I should steal his shit. I think that's the best thing to do.

Personally i would go over to his house. Tune him. take his stereo/xbox/ps2 or whatever shit thats worth soemthing that u can find and sell it or do whatever. But dude you totally should of took it back even if u were that drunk.
