k so,the cooks at my work are fucking retards.
they`ll have like the appy`s ready with the meal,or the meal ready without the bread,or what have you.

it fuckin pisses me off!like hi person when youre an idiot,it makes me look like an idiot.

and like the cooks wont even be accountable for thier actions,its like ok hi i used to fucking cook too and my timing was perfect so fuck to you,and when it wasnt id accept full responsibility for my lack of poor judgement.

what sucks even worse is that two of the three cooks at my work are related to the owner,so if i give them major shit ill get into major shit and they`ll somehow find a way to blame me for thier fuck up.

like tonight i hosted a party of 10 fucking WOMEN ok,and NOTHING was on time AT ALL. It didnt affect my tips or anything but some of the ladies had words with my boss and his wife and that was a huge drama fest. then my boss turns around and tries to blame the cooks fuck up on me.

IM NOT THE ONE WHO COOKS THE FOOD IM THE ONE WHO TAKES&PLACES THE ORDERS!

Yeah, that must suck on the front end eh.
I don't blame cooks for taking a bit too long cooking food though... its fucking stressful work done for not that much money.

Cooks are gonna be cooks dude.
If they're gonna flail with food.. then whatever... shit talk about them to the customers if its really a problem.

^Im sorry i used to be a cook and it wouldnt take me 20 fucking minutes to have a steak dinner ready.

Its attraucious,there is no excuse for thier bad timing what so ever.

I used to be a cook too.

It can be extremely hard to get 20 orders of food out in 10 minutes or less for $9 an hour.

There's just not enough incentive on the cash end of things.


Cooks really need to get better tips when they do a good job.
