okay I know how to work mine
I just cant freeking figure out how to get
music from a cd
saved and put onto my mp3
and its drivign me freeking crazy
cause I have one of my favorite CDs
but I dotn wonna take the big disk man
so I wonna put it all on my mp3
cant download the songs cause I can't find them
and if I do its not the right song
so I figure there has to be a way to send it from
media player to the file for my mp3
but NO it doenst want to work
and it makes me so EFFING mad!!!!

use a program like windows media player or itunes to import/rip the songs from the cd and onto your computer. see this for instructions: http://portables.about.com/od/mp3pla...ripCDWMP10.htm

then hook up your mp3 player to your computer with the usb cable. it will show up like a drive (maybe e: or f: or something). then just drag and drop the new mp3's onto that drive.

and I had the cd opened
in windows media
it jsut doesnt work

I've trying to do the exact same thing right now! I've got the music into itunes, but I can't get it from there to the ipod. Stupid ipod!

well Ipods don't work with old USB.. it HAS to be USB 2.0... that might be your problem.

You can get a card put in your computer to get USB 2.0

It's even easier than that. You could do the simple drag n drop. OR download any cd ripper you can find off the net.

Try download.com. Usually has trials and stuff.

trials are bullshit cant get a whole cd/
just DL a full version ripper off mirc, i can send you mine but i dont have access to my old harddrive with all my files right now

hmmm I got a mp3 player for xmas, and the thing wont work on my computer, Ive tried everything and still nothing. I think I need someone a lil more advanced at computers to come over and help me... lolz
