i haven't bought a pack since november 15th and the last time i smoked was half a cigarette on NYE and it made me feel sick, so i couldn't even finish it.

if you really want to quit, just try and remember the reason for quitting. if its a good one, then yoru set.

another possibility is get another smoker friend who you trust, and go on a 1000$ bet, whoever smokes first, pays for 1 expensive cigarette.

I saw a sign @ a gas station advertising the price of cigarettes... And I had no idea how expensive they were now! WOW! I remember buying them from the smoke shop beside Java Joint for $5.25... But I guess that was some time ago. I think I quit my social smoking around 3-4 years ago. Smoking is hella gross. I'm glad *this* bf doesn't smoke!
