I don't know if this really belongs in the punching bag. Sure I'm complaining but I'm not really all that upset about it. I find it funny more than anything.

Anyways.... team building meeting this morning. GREAT.... we can go and pretend like we care about what others have to say. Actually, co-workers actually have valid issues and ideas. The supervisors, on the other hand, have no idea what goes on outside their office doors.

Listen to some pompous old windbag tell us "There's no i in team but there is an i in WIN!!! Let's get excited about our work team!"

I had a team building day @ my work once, but it was actually fun... We had lots of new staff @ our school at the start of last school year, so we took a day to get to know each other and got paid to have a scavenger hunt (documented all on disposable cameras) on Granville Island. Sounds like your team building day is a lot less interesting tho!!!
