To the moron @ Staples.
Well hello there.
I stepped in your store today about 45minutes ago, with my mother to assit her in purchasing PIXMA MP780.... I went over with you want we didn't want and what was more then necessary to have. I made it clear we needed a printer/Fax, and that the rest was for shits n gigles. Yet you still found it fucking possible to ignor what I said. I thought I had inpounded it in your head that the Fax was the most important thing. Hell we mostly spoke of the fax then any other lil'gadgets this thing had. We made the purchase.. you left.. Now I'm sitting here at home.. putting all the cords on it.. and I notice there are no phone line jacks. WHAT THE FUCK?!?! I look all over it.. see if theres a pannel I have to move and what not.. still no fucking cigar. Then I look at the instructions and see... that it says 'telephone hook up only for MP750model. $^#@E%*&$^) I thought I had made it very crystal clear what was the most important aspect of purchasing this. So now I'm calling the store asking what the fuck happened.. and how their employee could screw up when its thier section!? Granted 2 outta the 3 looked identical. but FAWK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I have to drag my ass back there.. and exchange it cause your fucking couriers dont work on weekends. could this be any mor of an inconvience?! Whats worse is NOW... we have to go over the OTHER 2 PIXMA MP whatever. To see which one is more convinet for us. UGH... FUCK YOU!

you are aware that...if you ask em a question outside of the booklet that they study about the product...they have it in the employee manual to rebut that statement and to somehow lead u back to talking about meaning less gadgets. seriously those "EXPERTS" are text book geeks
ask em how to demonstrate how to send a multipage fax with the 3 pages with an inch space perpage plus a color copy for your reference... THEY WONT KNOW HOW... some fucking experts eh the only experts youll find are actual electronic shops...
