Try counting backwards from 10 out loud and then hold your breath until you see black.
chances are, when you wake up, you'll be so dazed that you'll forget what you were mad about to start with!

and i hardly have the patience to count to 10.............so simple but that's it, my anger is a little more complicated. thanx for the advice though
