Abbotsford police

Unbelievable what happened within the last 30 minutes. Some sketchy woman around my building trying to pry main lobby door open. In the mean time here I am recording this on my computer because I have a tv tuner card and channel 94 go's to the main security camera. She has a knife trying to open it and she also has a beer bottle in the other hand. In the mean time I am on the phone with 911 and the fuckin operator on the other line couldn't log shit. I swear to god they must of outsourced 911 to india now... could hardly understand the person. Spent like 8 minutes repeating information and then they ask for my god damn email address...I'm like "can you just send the fuckin cops" So in the mean time while this stupid ass 911 operator is making things difficult I watch this coke head buzz a number and gets in... keep in mind I am still on the line with 911 and then you see the person just walk right out of the building walking fast with some stolen shit. Finally the cops arrive I have all the information on a cd I burned. Both video and image stills and then they are like "well we gotta go to an emergency" call us back if she comes around again... Right call back again when this crackwhore has a knife and is drunk and is high on something.... So much for serving the public...

^not so much guy,abbistan is alot nicer compared to surrey...even the nice parts of surrey aint got shit on abbistan.Pretty much all of abbistan is nice minus from peardonville and south fraser stretching as far as king road and mccallum,down to cyril and south fraser,out to gladwin and trethewy,and of course a 6 block radius from the cop shop.

Apparently Abbotsford has the highest murder rate per capita and the highest number of churches/christian colleges per capita in Canada.

look at mccallum, and then look at king george... they could do a movie scene and use the both of those streets seamlessly in various shots... it's been a nightmare for my gf's dad to sell his shop... and abby has nothing on south surrey, cloverdale, fleetwood, and various areas in newton...

there's a town called vanderhoof just outside of prince george...and i think that it might have more churches per capita. at least, that's what i've heard.

it's also the geograhpical centre of bc!

You could make a statement like that about a lot of cities east of Langley, it's called the 'bible belt' , but uh I hate to pull out the obvious here, a lot more than religion contributes to crime and violence.

But you make a strong statement like you did at the end of that, i'd really, really, really want to see where exactly those apparent 'statistics' come from (and 'hearing it from someone somewhere' isn't valid.)

If you can't pull anything valid for me to see, then perhaps you shouldn't be making statements like that :)

theres an article on the murder rate, its from july 2004 but as recent as i could find, as for churches and i dont know were to find an article on that , but we do have a church like every two blocks haha
