Yeah that totally sucks !!
Carryin around a passport gets annoying its so big compared 2 a license and if you lose it, it costs you F'n 90 bucks 2 get another.

I hate taking my passport out tho when I go clubbing b/c of how valuable they are/how much of a bitch they to replace these days

I had this happen to me three times in one year.... i feel for you.
now i have three peices of photo id.... and i always leave some at home just in case.
the good news is it only takes a week to get a new lisence mailed to you when you apply, bcid... takes a bit longer .... about two weeks.

I believe if you wanna fork out the extra charge (not sure how much) and you're at the DMV BEFORE 430, I think you can get it the next day (FED-ex'd from Victoria). Atleast they mentioned something about it when I was getting my license renewed last year or the year before.
