Nightmares

I'm starting to get them pretty regularly again.

I've been told that I whimper and cry out a lot in my sleep.

I probably need a mouth guard from all the clenching I do as well...

Stupid medication side effects.

I feel ya. I've been having nightmares my whole life - and not just once in a while, almost every night :( They are always so scary or extremely sad. I've woken up hundreds of times in a panic and the next day is always ruined because of them.

Since I stopped smoking weed so much I'm having a lot more dreams about Zombies.

I think I need a new job....
