dave youll be glad to know that the water was slightly chilly today. i made it half way across the lake, but due to coldness it hurt to breathe and important parts of my body were aching from the cold.
it took me an hour of sitting in the sun with clothing on to get warm afterwards. and i got a sunburn on my bottom which makes sitting a little awkward tonight.

It is now exactly 0 and in the two days I've been here I thinkn I've counted about 6 blades of green grass.

yes i was. buntzen is a big no no till at least mid-may. its not safe when its that cold.
sunburn is gone now, and there are clouds today that made sitting on a patio chilly.
