honestly, its 5:20am and I can't bloody sleep. I was so drunk earlier on and I thought I would come home and pass out but noooooooooo. I've been like this all week. I try to sleep and I can't stop thinking SHUT UP BRAIN.. YOUR KILLING YOURSELF FROM LACK OF SLEEEEEEEEP. This is so stupid. I'm bored and not tired and everyone is sleeping.

dangit.. the "world" was hella fun last night/this morning. but now i cant sleep either, so i guess we should all try aromatherapy. Lavender and Cammomile are the most soothing/sleep inducing scents i know..

when i cant sleep (now, but im not complaining) i usaly like to throw on an album that im really familiar with, something to listen to, occupie your mind, but not be to distracting. always been my favorite method.

some of my favorites are Collective Soul, BT, Pink Floyd, or Godsmack... i know im alown on this one, but Marilyn Manson and Deftones work for me as well... :)


opps forgot to mention Portishhead(i need to obtain) and Radiohead - Kid A, those two have totaly chillin relaxin vibes.

haha well i guess hes not THAT mainstream but u know when people start liking an artist just because they're on the radio......kinda bugs

yea not being able to sleep sure sucks....get that once in a while but last sumer it was everyday i couldnt sleep until the sun starting coming up. boy it was wierd. being and owl and so boring too.
