my home answering machine's message is confusingly short, all the telemarketers and the bill collectors' automatic pickup systems don't detect it, and i get to come home to a few dozen 'hello? hello? mr *lastname*? hello?'.

i got your message bryan. but i was on texada island for diversity festival all weekend and just got home last night...plus, i left my phone on the ferry and had to go back to horseshoe bay to pick it up.

also, i only have room for three messages on my voicemail. it costs more to have more spots.

haha I never check my messages. I always just call back the number. Some people get really upset, because they put all this time and effort into leaving a great message. And when I call, they have to go over everything all over again. :p
