Had a chance to buy a mint condition headlight housing from this guy in Germany... delay in email cost me as he sold it to someone else.

He gets a new pair in and emails me first to see if I want them. Once again I send him an email saying I'll buy them and he once again sells them to someone else.

He is a reputable seller but WTF is going on here?

most germans learn english in school, so it might not be too difficult.

After dealing with approx. 15 different nations for work, BY FAR the germans are teh hardest to deal with. But Sean is right, most of them speak English
