There's another one for sale in the same building that's almost exactly the same, but it's 10k more because it comes with a parking space. I guess I could go like, hang out in the parking space to make it worth while?

Oh oh! The building has this big courtyard with a giant bbq for everyone in the building to use! That's why I wanted in so bad!

edit - yeah i could always sell the space, but i'd never get 10k for it.

I think I might go view the other one. And I'm also going to go view a rental in the building that I could take until something else comes up.

AND it turns out I didn't get outbid. Fuckface sold the place to a family member for less than I was offering.

you can if you keep it hush hush. i know someone whos renting a pretty nice one cause its close to work for them. plus its close to the main action downtown so it becomes a fucking steal some nights out.
