I dont know the only manager I had and didn't like was one of my friends and I quit that job and lost a friendship. So I dont know maybe she'll get nicer once she's settled in.

she is probly insecure with her new surroundings... She doesnt know anyone yet.. and if she seems like a pushover then she will not do a good job... give her time to chill out and things might change for the better.. just do your job the way you supposed to do it and you should be fine.. if she is still bitching in a month then kick her in the box
