Chronic Insomnia

You'd think I would be sleeping like a motherfuckin' baby after having spent an entire day lifting heavy boxes and moving...but Noooooo. Here I am, awake at five something in the morning. I have to be ready to start work at seven.

This really blows.

Vitamin-X will become famous soon enough
A friend of mine has insomnia sometimes so I sugested he try the
5-htp and melitonin mix. He said it really held a lot.

FYI:
100mg of 5-htp : You can get it at any heath food store.
3 grams Meletonin : I think it's grams, could be miligrams, doesn't matter though
you just take a melitonin pill or you could just smoke a joint.
Pot produces a lot of melitonin.

I take this after Raving and it puts me right out.

oh... doing the nasty.... after an hour or so im beat and can sleep for a long time...



just find someone to slam everynight and then youll be fine

Haha.. this is so true. Having sex makes falling asleep so much easier! Especially if it is very energetic sex. :p

I found the 5htp and melatonin mix really helped too

another thing that may sound funny but works surprisingly well is right as you lay yer head on the pillow slowly and soothingly say DEEP SLEEP about 3-5 times, then just let yer mind wander. The next thing you know you'll be waking up wonderin where all the tossing and turning went.

Note: a key point is to let yer mind wander and not think about stuff like what yer gonna do the next day or what someone was talking about, just let yerself slip into obvlivion. If you get woken up or gotta turn over then repeat the process. (I know it sounds kinda quacky, but my dad told me to try it and it's made a Huuge difference)
