I went to that school but I think he ust've been hired after I left. I do know that one of my elementary school teachers was arrested recently for shit like that. That guy was a dick though n totally creepy... it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it was true.

I had a teacher that was "asked to leave" after being caught gettin it on with one of his students, while in highschool. Was an interesting fellow from what I remember... I think he smoked pot in class, and who knows what else. Not really someone I would want teaching my child.

That exact thing happened to a teacher Ryan and I both had in High School. He was our band teacher which meant he was on countless trips every year with students. One of the students charged him with sexual assault claiming that they had had a relationship, but the student wound up dropping the charges and the story was that his parents had just found out that he was gay and our teacher, also quite openly gay, became a suitable vent. He wound up moving down to the States somewhere.

but this guy was a fucking prick. he'd pick on students for no reason and shove em around while giving them this look at you like "yup i don't like you and there's nothing you can do about it". prolly chose to be a primary school teacher since secondary kids would have a better chance standing up for themselves

my sister used to cry about that cocksucker and there was an incident where even my mom had to get involved and he was fucking rude to her. i didnt understand till i had to deal with him where he'd accuse me of being a student that doesn't listen... he never even knew me for fuck sake just my older sister who was a brilliant student. and there were plenty of things that happened that i wish i could go back and give him dirty looks. but he's dead. all my friends from back then agree that he had a thing for picking on asian students while having a select few that he'd doll up.

and i dont give a fuck that he's dead. he's probably where he deserves to be. i wish the aids consumed him and killed him the worst possible way the disease kills you.

I totaly agree! I think there should be some empathy and thinking going through with the process of the arrest. They could of at least called the teacher into the office. Arresting him like that just makes him look guilty right away. And of corse think of what the children have to deal with. I know when cops come into the schools to arrest a student they at least pull them out into the hallway.

As someone who works in the school's and with kids... it really sucks when dealing with students/kids who play that thinking. I have to be soo carful with what I do/say. When I see a child crying or hurt I have to ask if I can pick them up, hug them better or whatever tlc children deserve from care givers.
Although it's sugested that teachers and staff in a school setting dont play the 'buddy/parent' role... they do care and I sometimes feel students dont see how we feel becuase were scared if we accidently express it in the wrong way we could get one of those kids who miss inturpets it. Or if any student get up set with us and wants to get us in trouble... then run off with an exagerated story. Hey I know from being a student myself.

Studies have shown that you can manipulate a childs thinking. I can see all the kids parents asking 'did that teacher touch you' etc. Well a child could think ok he patted me on the back or when I ran into him his hand touch me near my private. If the child knows the teacher is in trouble for it... they may not know the diffrence and think they didtn know any better. Another fine example of this is when I child says there sad, when really they could be loanly, depressed, scared, anxiouse, frustrated etc.

Anyways it's not like every teahcer is inoccent, but its somthing to think about if you ever have kids or are dealing with an inccodent and relying on a childs oppionion.

So you're saying you wouldnt be suprised if someone who you really liked as a person,who was always really nice (say, a parent,unkle,teacher) wound up getting arrested for this? Should we just assume everyone who is nice to kids is a pedophile?

Its easy to sit back and look at it from the outside (these fools should have seen it coming!), but when its YOUR life it can be a pretty fucking big suprise. Same thing happened to a band teacher of mine too. It got around and he ended up suspended until things could be cleared up. By that time the shit had circulated and his job at the school was pretty much over. He lived for that job, he was an amazing teacher. He ended up taking his own life at 28.
