fuck , they can completely ruin ur day.

ok ... well at my work we check photo id for ever credit card transaction we do ... it just are rule that we have , because we have had so many times where someone has used a stolen credit card to buy hundreds of item worthe of sunglasses and clothes. And we rather of honest business then some low life that steals ppl's cerdit cards.

And this guy who was buying a pair of jeans for his daughter fucking freaks out at me when i ask to see some id ... well sorry buddy it's my job and who the fuck do u think u are , u have no right to yell at.
Lucky my manger was there ... but then when he was talking to my manger he was all nice and polite (what a jackass). He told my manger that he didn't have to show anything to us because he had alot of money on his card (who the fuck cares u bitch) and he would glady take his money some where esle. And then he said that if it was a stolen credit card that it was between us and the credit card company ... new flash buddy i don't think u wouldn't be saying that if someone had ur vesa and was having a fleid day w/ it , i think u would be happy if we caught the guy.

i remember when i working at playland.. this one time, this guy started getting all mad at me and stuff cause his son didn't win the game! i was like i'm sorry, those are the rules, if he doesn't win he doesn't get a prize.. and the guy started getting all mad and demanding to talk to my manager.. so i had to send him to guest services and he started bitching at my manager that we never gave him a prize and i talked to my ma nager.. he said i did the right thing but just to solve this give the kid a toy anywayz.. fuck man!! all that fucking bs over a stupid toy worth like $3!!! it's bullshit.. but some ppl are fucktards like that!!

oh well.. think of it this way tho.. he's the one making the fool outta himself for no reason in front of everyone! geez.. he's a loser..

ahhh...my one bad customer experience...i was filling in for my sis at sum restuarant for about 2 months as a cashier at a restuarant...and on my first day..sum guy started bitching at me cuz he said he had a vip (discount) card but he forgot it at home..so no card..no discount..and i said i couldn't give it to him without seeing it first..and he starts bitching at me saying he was a regular customer and everytime he's here...i'm the cashier...and i told him it was my first day and he said i was lying!..so yeah..the manager came over..and explained i wasn't my sister and then gave him the discount..great first day huh?..bastards~

oh god i get customers like that EVERYDAY working at a restaurant

one time the restaurant was busy as hell and i had like 10 bills to deal with myself in the kitchen. this one lady ordered a sandwich to go so i quickly fixed it up for her in about 30 seconds.
while i'm busy as hell getting all the food to other people, the hostess comes up to me and tells me the lady was complaining that the cheese wasnt in dead centre of the sandwich and demanded that i made it again.

the cheese was about 2 millemetres off and she was complaining about that. so i make her a perfect looking sandwich again cuz i had no time to argue and it goes out. next minute the hostess comes back and asks me "hey martin the lady outside is asking how much turkey we portion into this sandwich." so i said 2.5 ounces. the hostess goes back out. and later she told me that the stupid bitch lady said she was going to weigh the turkey when she got home and if it wasnt right then she would iform the head corporate office.

oh god what a loser!! i was so fuckin pissed off!

hehe yeah.... at resautrants, customers always try to get a deal. but if they say something like that, u cant just say no cuz they wont come back again..... so u have to give some kinda deal in some way to make them happy so they will come again.... its a hard business.. theres so many different characters who walk into that door everyday and in the retail business u gotta put up that fake smile and make them happy even if u want to poke their eyes out with a dagger. cuz in the end u need those customers to keep the restaurant alive... no matter how rude or cheap they are.

its otay glenda.....i have the same ppl at work as well!! ur night is going totally fine and then you meet these ppl that just like to ruin it and make you grumpy all night.

ahhh..i hate putting on that fake smile and making the small talk while getting their moneys..but yeah..gotta get the customers coming back to keep the business goin...i don't think i ever wanna work in a restuarant ish place again tho..~

its like me at work yesterday the guy accuess me of not putting his chicken burger in his travel order
when i clearly remeber putting the burger in the bag and handing it to him...to back up my claim the cook that made the burger saw me putting the burger in the bag....he tries to call us back and said that he did get his burger and he will be back to pick it up.....when he gets there my manager goes out and talks to him

Part of what we have to accept when we're working with people is that there's going to be tons and tons of miserable assholes who are really angry at life and are willing to take it out on any unsuspecting victims. :/

That is shitty he blew up over that- most places always check photo id for CC purchases. Some people get insulted because they think you don't 'trust' them or that you think they're some kind of junkie or something.

Workin in a restaurant I realize how much most people SUCK! Honestly! Where the hell do these people come from? I love how at work customers bitch to me about the stupidist little things and then they acctually exspect me to give a fuck! I hate people.
