Yeah I dunno, I'm definitely fine with noise until like midnight, even if I've got to work the next day, this was like excessive until 3am even despite asking them three times to keep it down, I definitely get the impression they're not used to 'living on their own'.. I'm sure I'm not the only one that complained..
