fucking cell phones

Gotta wait another fucking 2 weeks before I can get my cell phone up and going now. Fucking credit.

This is starting to really piss me off. It's like, I haven't had a decent chance to meet up with very many of my friends since I've moved back into town with any decent regularity mainly because I've learnt that the internet is a fucking annoying way to make plans. Especially if the only hours of operation I really have these days are 2am-noon (what prime time to go out and socialize!).

So to all my friends I said I'd get in contact with once I got my phone... sorry... gonna have to wait for a little bit longer.

I JUST got a new phone (like last week) cuz my last one was a fucking piece and now this one's crapping out. The ringer is totally gone... ringtones and vibrate. I can still key key tone beeps (if I wanted something that annoying) but that's it... it's FUCKED.

Just got mine set up here in Toronto... paid them $50 deposit because of me bad credit and I got a snazzy Nokia 6050 or some fucking thing. 6 months unlimited calling too!

That's a nice thought, but I've been living back on the mainland now for about 3 or 4 months now, and the most frequency I've seen my old friends with has been about once, twice, maybe thrice within a month (save for my roomate). Making plans over the internet is pretty much teh suck, because the last sentence usually begins with "Well, give me a call when..."

4 more days and I shall no longer be such a neo-luddite.

Nah, hey, I can understand the usefulness of a cell phone. Hell, if I was given one, I'd probably use it as well.
