Truck Broken Into.. AGAIN

fuckersss, i know i should get an alarm but i don't drive the truck enough and i just put insurance on it for the winter. it's been parked at my brother and his gf's underground at their apartment since i only have one spot at my house and have 2 cars. thing that pisses me off the most is that i didn't have extra insurance on my dvd screen or subs because i hadn't got around to it yet, so there's 2500$ down the drain. you'd think someone would have noticed, i mean my sub box has two 15" subs in it plus my amp is a decent size. fucking white rock

Depends on if you have comprehensive coverage. I assume they weren't permanently attached or bolted down. If they were, you don't need an excess special equipment endorsement, it might be covered (providing you have the comp coverage).

Although the endorsement covers you for up to $5000, it's a pretty decent price.

Yeah, getting your vehicle busted into really sucks.
Some punk took my car to screwdriver college.
He totally screwed my drivers side door so that it doesn't open from the outside. Now everytime I climb in through the passenger side I wish I could track the culprit down and make him suffer. :256:

i have comp,and it was a custom under the seat box. but it only covers 1000$ and my dvd screen is worth 1800$. my subs were worth 600$ and my amp was 250$, theres my money down the drain.

i blame the stupid fucks who don't watch the gate close behind them when they come in.

that would fucking suckkk, get a new door lock from the wrecker? they popped the lock on my passenger side so they could get the sub box out because the drivers side was next to the wall.

I suppose if you recover even a portion it's better than nothing, but yea...some of my buddies in Surrey have underground parking and breakins are becoming more rampant. Sorry to hear about it.

yeah this is in white rock (well south surrey) and it's a brand new building and they are all condos so it's all elderly people and rich white rockers in the building so it's not like people are doing it from the inside which is common everywhere else. 1000$ minus the 300$ deductable still means i have to dish out almost 1000$ myself just to get a new deck.
