uh.. wtf?!
Okay, so I deposited my last paycheck from Subway into my account today and then I decided to go shopping a while later (I can deposit and take money out right away). For some reason it kept saying insufficient funds, so I was really confused but shrugged it off thinking maybe my bank messed up.
I just checked my account info online and there was a withdrawal for some student loan. (Nov 30, 2005 AP CANADA STUDENT LNS/PRE $123.21 $-121.33) Seriously, WTF I don't go to school nor do I have a student loan so I have no idea what this is all about. Argh.. having money you need being taken out of your account for something you never even had (or what not) really fuckin sucks!! Obviously I am going into my bank tomorrow to find out what the shit this is about. *grumble*

Today was the worst day ever. Bad things really do come in threes. :(
First- I discovered that my keys are locked in my parents house so I am stuck in my place and can't leave. (a friend picked up my bro's keys and dropped them off here for me around 1pm) Second- I had to deal with my bank shit today. Turns out Canada loans decided that I am responsible for paying back my ex boyfriends' loan. So I wrote them a letter informing them that they no longer have authority to use my account. And they will not reimburse me so my ex is going to. Third- I didn't get the job in Van that I was really hoping for/counting on.

Argh *grumble* fuck!!! So I am still waiting to hear from my damn ex about the money he owes me.
It's nice to know that someone who acts so concerned, makes promises and says they feel bad (about something they helped cause) can turn around and screw you. He knows that I NEED that money ASA-muthafuckin-P but does he step up and be a man about it? Oh no, of course not. So glad he's my ex and that after this I have no need to be in contact with him. But on a lighter note, I have written to Canada Student Loans letting them know that they no longer have ANY authority to take money from my account and I also did the whole stop payment thing with my bank so they can't take anything out.

Hmm..thats extremely strange that you would be 'responsible' for your ex boyfriends student loans.. The only way this is possible is if you were at one time making the monthly payments on his student loan..due to a joint bank account or a pre-authorized payment plan (Ie- you sent a blank cheque authorizing they could take money out on the same day, every month. Therefor making YOU responsible until a stop payment has been posted)
That fucking sucks! Good luck figuring shit out. I would never do that for a boyfriend =D

Well, I only ever gave them permission to deposit money- and that was well over a year ago. Me and my ex broke up November 04. But oh well, so much bullshit. heh. Everything has been figured out and dealt with, aside from my ex paying me back.
And yeah, I have learned my lesson. I should've made him get his own damn account. heh
