Oh and Pancho's is lame now, too much drama, I retired from that place. I suggest finding a new place to chill at outside of Surrey. There's always The Guildford Station Pub, other than that Surrey doesn't have any good places to chill at.

Forget Pancho's Wednesday's, go to to Tommy's Bar & Grill in Maple Ridge on Thursday nights. Its a way better place and really cheap drinks too. Ninja I hope your face is okay, too bad you don't remember how the Jabroni that punced you looked like.

surrey has never sucked. i had a blast growing up in surrey. plus surrey is changing sooooo fast and has cleaned up sooooo much its amazing! the whalley area is going to be COMPLETELY different when all the new premium condos go up. its actaully going to be a really nice area. do you fuckin dorks have anyidea the heavy wieght investment muscle thats currently being spent on surrey?umm 81 storey sky scraper in surrey? surrey has THE most growth potential in the entire lowermainland.

lolz for real surrey is going to be fucking HUGE in the next 10-20 years. alot of investors thought it would be coquitlam...but transit,weather,flooding and being close to the mountians kinda buggard up that whole plan.

its ALL about the Surrey-Langley area right now for builders and investors.
