The so called Canadian justice system
Seriously something has to be done about the way our justice system deals with serious crimes such as murder. It angers me alot knowing a low life cold blooded killer who murdered a good person will be allowed to spend christmas at home with his family...............Dennis White should be spending christmas rotting in a cage for what he did.
I wish i lived in a country where serious criminals were locked up like they should be instead of being let out so easily. It's a real shame.

I think sometimes protesters will make commentaries about how the justice system is so fucked up and fascist because it didn't allow bail to someone that hasn't been truly proven guilty... and I think in the states they might have made ammendents because of the whole terrorist thing... I don't know, could be wrong, but the last I remember it was innocent till proven guilty...
it is a very tragic thing that happened... but its very emotionally charged and when things get that emotionally charged people are very ready and willing to lynch the first guy that gets accussed... not saying that this is one of those cases in particular, but it does happen to people that are truly innocent... it pisses me off sometimes as well, but I just try to think that one day it could happen to me... fit the description at the wrong place at wrong time... I'm not trying to defend the accused, just trying to make sense out of the courts decision...
