No they cannot be paged, this is a school.

They don't know you have called unless you leave them a message, no matter how urgent you say it is.....

Do not keep pressing "0" and coming back to me, it ticks me off and makes me want to help you less.

If they don't answer it does not mean that they don't want to talk to you....sometimes staff get lunch breaks......
