I was pullin out from the curb and i sideswiped another car. SHIIIIT. Very lucky i pulled back and he also pulled the other way so there wasent toooo much damage. but its workable. I hate it, i was feeling out of it too today. so ya.

ive never been the fault for a vehicle accident before, this is the first time after more then 5 years. So it feels kinda shitty to have this on my record. But ya i wasent feeling up to driving today, and i shouldnt have.

don't sweat it nabs, everyone fucks up in a vehicle at least once. Just be thankful that it wasn't worse and use the experience to better your driving. There's a reason they make you do those 360 degree shoulder checks before you put your car into drive, and again before you start moving. I'm glad to hear you're not hurt though, nor the other driver.

Im not complaining about it. Its just that it could have been avoided if I would have been driving normally. Oh well, im taking it thru the insurance company and hopefully everything works out arite.

i know how you feel i was down on granville with my friend driving when all of a sudden these drunk chicks behind us rear ended us... i was totally in shock... our car was ok but there front end was pretty crushed... of course we tryed to get them to come out to talk to us... they were all laughing and totally took off on us... me being smart i wrote down there license plate...

I agree, side swiping a car is a reason to bitch. But I said that for the exact reason you pointed out, he whines.....a lot.

Nabs - if you want to ensure it doesn't go against your insurance. Don't claim the damage on your car. Get it fixed on your own. And pay ICBC for the damage done to the other persons before re-insuring the car. Your discount will stay the same and your record will be unaffected.

And besides, as I've caught flak for posting in threads that have nothing to do with me before, why read a thread *by nabs* that's in the punching bag if you don't want to hear whining and then post about it?
